Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you deliver? We currently ship to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Our standard delivery time is 2–4 business days after your order has been dispatched. Remote areas may require an extra 1–2 days.

  • How can I track my order? Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification with tracking details. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • What happens if I’m not home when the courier arrives? Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to coordinate a successful delivery.
